Director of Technology Programs. Directed the development of: computer
networks, distance learning projects, curriculum, and facilities in the
instructional technology and technology education programs at Farmington R-7
School District, Farmington Missouri. This included the implementation of
district wide eMINTS classrooms, establishment of a cable access channel
(Black Knight TV); development of ITV distance learning projects;
development of KNIGHTSnet, a community freenet for Internet access;
co-development of FXNet a community information network, development of the
Black Knight TV production studio; set specifications and ordered computer
hardware, networks and telephone systems; technology training for district
staff, and the writing and implementation of the district wide technology
